Funeral services for Willard Glen Goodin will be held Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 10 a.m. from McClain-Hays Chapel with Bro. Dwayne Barret officiating. Burial will follow in Sunrise Cemetery in Noxapater, MS. Visitation will be held Friday, April 26, 2024 from 5-8 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Home.
Mr. Goodin,82, of Noxapater, died Monday, April 22, 2024.
Willard was born and raised in Kemper County and had worked for Irby Construction for over 30 years. He liked to visit with friends and enjoyed watching wrestling and loved to listen to Hank Williams, Sr. sing.
Survivors include daughter, Vicky Workman (Jerry) of Buckeye, Az; son, Randy Glen Goodin of Noxapater; grandsons, Billy Workman (Beth) of Fork Hood, TX; Tommy and Bobby Workman both of Buckeye, AZ; great-grandchildren, Matthew, William, Emily and Damien Workman; sister, Mary Lynn Farve; and sister-in-law, Joanne Goodin.
Mr. Goodin was preceded in death by his wife, Rosanne Goodin; parents, Murdock and Ida Goodin.
