Theresa Bonelli Fulton

Theresa Bonelli Fulton, age 94, passed away Friday, October 11, 2019, at Winston Medical Center Nursing Home in Louisville, Mississippi. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, October 13 in the Nowell Massey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Childs officiating. Visitation will be the day of the service from 1 p.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Theresa was born March 13, 1925, to Joseph and Concetta Anastasio Bonelli in Detroit, Michigan. She graduated from Northwestern High School in Detroit; and she was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Louisville. Theresa worked at Spartus Clock Factory, Mug ‘n Cone, and was founder and co-owner of The Nearly New Shop, consignment store, where she enjoyed her many loyal customers, and clothed some of her grandchildren, for over 30 years. Mrs. Fulton enjoyed fishing; traveling; and was an avid Atlanta Braves fan.

Theresa is survived by her loving husband of 77 years, Bernard W. Fulton of Louisville. She also leaves behind to mourn her passing five sons: Bernard Lee Fulton and wife Glenda; Lennie Fulton and wife Babs; Gary Fulton and wife Sue; Roy Dale Fulton and wife Melisa; Jody Fulton and wife Billie Jean; and a daughter-in-law Shiela Fulton. One of her greatest joys was being “Mamaw” to her grandchildren: Greg Fulton; Stephanie (Brian) Horan; Brian (Ali) Fulton; Brent (Lori) Fulton; Kim (Paul) Killen; Kenny (Laura Beth) Fulton; Jacob (Katie) Fulton; Dru (Cassidy) Crenshaw; Candace (Jimmy) Rushing; Jessica Fulton (Chris Amis); and Lorynn (Wes) Tanksley. She also leaves behind to mourn her passing 32 great-grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren; and her sister Faye Kay. She is preceded in death by her parents; her daughter Annette Fulton; son Dan Fulton; grandson Bradley Fulton; three sisters and one brother.

Serving as pallbearers are Brandon Fulton, Brent Fulton, Brian Fulton, Greg Fulton, Jacob Fulton, Kenny Joe Fulton, and Jimmy Rushing. Memorial gifts in honor of Theresa may be given to The Baptist Children's Village, P. O.
