Mr. David Lee Staszefski, 60, died Sunday, January 29, 2017, at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 31st, at Crystal Ridge Baptist Church, with Rev. Charles Rook officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10:00 AM until service time at Crystal Ridge Baptist Church. Interment will be in Crystal Ridge Cemetery. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Staszefski was born November 30, 1956, in Chicago, IL. He had served in the U. S. Army and was a member of Crystal Ridge Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Nancy Hisaw Staszefski; and a son, Daniel Lee Staszefski.
He is survived by a daughter, Michelle (Brian) Jones of Noxapater; two sons, David Lee Staszefski, Jr. of Quitman, MS and Mark Anthony Staszefski of Louisville, MS; two sisters, Diane and Ricky Fondren of Starkville, MS, and JoAnn and John Hurt of Hartselle, AL; a brother, John and Brenda Staszefski of Weir, MS; 8 grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
