Gail was born April 1, 1952, to Ervin and Willie Belle Roberts Taylor. She was a member of South Louisville Baptist Church; and helped families to raise many children in Winston County by providing daycare in her home for 36 years.
Gail is survived by her husband of 48 years, James T. “Jimmy” Tabor; her daughter, Kristi Dunaway of Ackerman, Mississippi; her son, Brad Tabor and wife, Heather; and her brother, Troy Lee Taylor, all of Louisville. One of her greatest joys was being “MawMaw” to her five grandchildren: Kristen Peach and husband, Jerry; Alexis Tabor; Ashlyn Tabor; Devin Tabor; and Maddox Tabor; and her four great-grandchildren: Katelyn Collum; Mikael Collum; Addyson Ramshur; and Weston Peach. She was preceded in death by her parents; and sisters, Frances Parker and Loretta Hawkins.
