Billy Clay, 66, passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2016, at University Medical Center, Jackson, Mississippi. Funeral Service will be Saturday, March 12, 2016, at 11 a.m., from Mount Pisgah M. B. Church, Preston, Mississippi. Visitation will be Friday, March 11, 2016, from 12 noon until 6 p.m., from the Funeral Home. Mr. Clay, will be placed in the Church on Saturday, one hour before service time. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery. Beck Funeral Home of Louisville in charge of arrangements.
