Ruben James Carter, 71, passed on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at Winston County Hospital Nursing Home, Louisville, Mississippi. Funeral Service will be Thursday, June 9, 2016, at 2 p.m., from Beck Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesday, from 12 noon until 6 p.m., from the Funeral Home. There will be no public viewing on Thursday, the Day of the Funeral. Burial will be in the Mount Calvary Church Cemetery. Beck Funeral Home of Louisville in charge of arrangements.
