Funeral services for Mr. Walter Jack Thomas will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at John E. Stephens Chapel with Rev. Glenn Barker and Rev. Antoine Stokes officiating. Interment will be in Sunrise Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:30 PM to 8: PM, Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at John E. Stephens Chapel.
Mr. Thomas, 75, passed away Sunday, August 6, 2023, at his home in Noxapater. He lived most of his life in Winston Co. He was a member of Noxapater Pentecostal Church, and his hobbies where fishing and hunting.He is preceded in death by his wife, Linda Thomas (1997); parents, Weldon and Jessie Mae Thomas; brothers, Milton Thomas, Curtis Thomas.
Survivors include his wife, Marjorie Thomas of Noxapater; sons, Michael Thomas (Stacey) of Philadelphia, Joey Thomas (Julie) of Colorado, Kris Thomas (Kim) of Philadelphia; stepson, Jason Ragan (Tracy) of Noxapater; sister, Mary Ann McNeil of Noxapater; (4) grandchildren; (2) great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
