Andy McClelland, age 40, passed away on July 5, 2016 at the OCH Regional Medical Center. Andy was a contractor who was extremely passionate about his work, and he held such a deep love for his family and dogs. He was an avid Nascar fan, loved the outdoors, and enjoyed playing softball. Andy had an infectious smile and so many friends that loved him.
Andy is survived by his fiance, Lacey Vowell, and her children, Kole and Izzy Vowell of Ackerman; parents, Tony McClelland of Starkville, and Keith and Christi Parker of Sturgis, sister, Jami Hubbard and her husband, Craig of Sturgis; grandparent, Christine Gillis of Starkville; niece, Ragan Hubbard and nephew, Case Hubbard.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 10 at Welch Funeral Home in Starkville from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be Monday, July 11 at Sturgis Baptist Church @ 11:00. Burial will follow in the Salem Methodist Church Cemetery in Chester.
