Leo Clifton Cremeen

Leo Clifton Cremeen, 91, passed away on Friday, January 9, 2015, at the Attala County Nursing Home in Kosciusko, Mississippi. Visitation will be Saturday, January 10, 2015, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Nowell-Massey Funeral Home in Louisville. Visitation will also be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, January 11, 2015, at Noxapater Baptist Church with Rev. Junior Davis officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Leo was born on April 19, 1923, to Truman Oscar and Vadie Lee Pope Cremeen. He was a member of Noxapater Baptist Church and he was an electrician.

Mr. Cremeen is survived by his daughter, Lenita Gentry and husband, Doug, of Kosciusko; and his sons, Cliff Cremeen and wife, Lorie; and Mitch Cremeen all of Noxapater, Mississippi. He is also survived by 11grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Mr. Leo is preceded in death by his wife, Emma Ruth Jones Cremeen; his parents; and by two sons, Jimmy Weeks and Clark Weeks.

Serving as pallbearers will be Cole Cremeen, Corey Cremeen, Ian Cremeen, and Dr. Dustin Gentry. Memorials may be given to the Mt. Carmel Cemetery Fund, c/o Noxapater Baptist Church, P.O. Box 251, Noxapater, MS 39346.
