Lea-Ann Hill Denton, 64, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2020, at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian, MS. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, March 27th, at Porter Funeral Home, with Rev. Mike Childs officiating. Visitation will be held Friday from 10:00 A.M. until the service time at the funeral home. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Lee-Ann was born December 19, 1955, in Louisville. She was a 1973 graduate of Winston Academy, and attended MUW and Mississippi State University graduating with a degree in music. Lea-Ann was a member of First Methodist Church, taught piano for many years, and loved her grandchildren and sports. She is survived by her husband, William “Bo” Denton, Jr. of Meridian, MS; three daughters, Natalie (Larry) Swanner of Little Rock, MS, Jessica (Jed) McCoy of Philadelphia, MS, and Madelyn Denton of Philadelphia, MS; five grandchildren, Camille, Emma Kate, Tallyn, McCartney, and Jon-Fox, special friend, Sheryl Fox; and a host of cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Travis and Frances Young Hill.
