Jeff was born January 22, 1971, to Lamar and Diann McKenzie Allen. He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. Jeff was a truck driver and had experience working on the pipeline.
Jeff is survived by his parents, Lamar and Diann Allen; his son, Cody Allen; his daughter, Kimber Allen; and his brother, Steve Allen (Tracy Brower) all of Louisville. He is also survived by the mother of his children, Tammi Roy. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Harold and Polly McKenzie; and his paternal grandparents, Chester and Mamie Dell Allen.
