She was born February 26, 1934 in Louisville, MS, to the late Henry Clay Bane and Della Mae Bane (Hill). She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Richard Clay Flake and Christopher Lee Flake; and her first husband, Billy Marion Flake.
She is survived by her husband, Gayle Ross Templeton of Louisville, MS; one son, Billy R. Flake of Wiggins, MS; one daughter, Brenda Flake (Mehdi) Droudian of New Port Richey, FL; two sisters, Patricia Bane Dempsey, Sarah Katherine Hill (Johnny) McAdory; one brother, Henry Clay (Margie) Bane, Jr.; 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
