Vince was born on March 22, 1926, to Victor and Hilda Johnsson Norderud. He was a member of West End Baptist Church of Philadelphia; and a flight engineer for American Airlines for 45 years.Vince is survived by his wife of 38 years, Jewel Hill Norderud of Louisville; and two sons, Virgil Eugene Lacy, Jr. of Texas; and Christopher M. Lacy of California. He was preceded in death by his parents; and by his twin brother, Victor Norderud.
