J.B. Jackson


Mr. J. B. Jackson, 81, passed away on November 7, 2012, in the State Veteran’s Home in KosciuskoMississippi.  Visitation will be Saturday, November 10, 2012, from 10 a.m. until service time in the Nowell-Massey Funeral Home Chapel in LouisvilleMississippi.  Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. in the Nowell-Massey Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, November 10, 2012, with Rev. Norman Sanders and Rev. Mike Miles officiating.  Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Louisville.
                                                                                                          
Mr. Jackson was born on March 22, 1931.  He was a member of the Assembly of God faith and was a retired self-employed truck driver.   

He is survived by his son, Randy Jackson of Louisville, Mississippi; his sisters, Wilma and Paul Snow of Philadelphia, Mississippi, and Otis and Sonny Tolbert of Brandon, Mississippi; three grandchildren:  Jacob Keith Jackson, Maggie Grace Jackson, and Thomas Ray Jackson; and his former daughter-in-law, Brandi Hodge Jackson Provius of Aberdeen, Mississippi.  He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Nell Jackson; his parents, William B. and Nannie Louise Crabtree Jackson; three brothers:  B. P. Jackson, C. B. Jackson, and W. B. Jackson; and two sisters:  Eunice Young and Sarah Vowell.
