Judy Hamilton Parker, 82, passed away on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at Trend Nursing Home and Rehab Center in Carthage, Mississippi. A memorial service to celebrate Judy’s life will be held at a later date.
Judy was born October 8, 1942, to Lloyd and Vinnie Ruth Weathers Hamilton in Winston County, Mississippi. She enjoyed being a caregiver to her family and she loved caring for her home.
Judy is survived by four daughters: Teresa Boatner, Lisa Boatner both of Noxapater, Mississippi; Melissa Farrelly of Potts Camp, Mississippi; and Janice (Dewayne) Vowell also of Noxapater. One of her greatest joys was her five grandchildren: Robin Wood, Tamara Boydstun, Brianna Farrelly, April Farrelly, and Victoria Vowell; as well as her seven great-grandchildren: Savannah, Zachary, Raven, Christian, Caden, June, and Tommy. She also leaves behind her sister, Hilda Clark; as well as her nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends. Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy W. Parker; son-in-law, Michael Farrelly; her parents; and her siblings, Terry Hamilton, Jerry Hamilton, Patsy Moore, Tommie Hanmilton, and an infant sister.
