Mrs. Ella Mae Shepperd, age 80, of Paducah, KY, passed away Sunday February 14, 2016 at 4:00 A.M. at her residence. Mrs. Shepperd was native of Louisville, MS, and a member of the Highland Baptist Church of Paducah. She is survived by three sons, Barry Shepperd ( Kim ) of Reidland, KY, Kenneth Shepperd ( Kathy ) of Smyrna, TN, and Douglas Shepperd of Smyrna, TN; ten grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Shepperd; five brothers, and 2 sisters. Her parents were Otha Hartness and Effie Nation Hartness.
Funeral services in Paducah will be held Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. at the Keeling Family Funeral Home, with the Rev. Richard Beck officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5;00 P.M. till funeral hour. Funeral services in Louisville, MS, will be at Porter Funeral Home at 11:00 A.M. Friday February 19, 2016. Visitation will be held at Porter Funeral home from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. Thursday. Burial will follow at the Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Noxapater, MS.
