Mrs. Eleanor Peele Castle

Mrs. Eleanor Peele Castle, 85, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2012, at her residence in Louisville. Visitation will be at Nowell-Massey Funeral Home on Monday, February 20, 2012, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 21, 2012, at Nowell-Massey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lee Castle officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. 
Mrs. Castle was born May 24, 1926. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Louisville. She was a graduate of the University of Mississippi and was a retired caseworker for the Welfare Department.
Mrs. Castle is survived by two sons: Richard Peele Caste and wife, Tammy, of Louisville; and Ben Edward Castle of Corpus Christi, Texas. She is also survived by two grandchildren: Summer Castle Ashmore and husband, Jonathan; and Meaux Kennedy Castle. Mrs. Castle also has two great-grandchildren: Kennedy Alexis Castle and Dylan Peele Castle.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Landis Castle.
