Emma Jean Livingston

Mrs. Emma Jean Livingston, 80, passed away at her residence in Louisville on Friday, April 1, 2011. Visitation will be at Nowell-Massey Funeral Home in Louisville, Mississippi, on Sunday, April 3, 2011, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 4, 2011, at Nowell-Massey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Cherry and Dr. Paul Blanchard officiating. Interment will follow in Yellow Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Born October 27, 1930, Mrs. Livingston was a retired inspector for Spartus Company and was a member of Yellow Creek Baptist Church.Mrs. Edwards is survived by her daughter, Teresa McArthur Prisock and husband, Clyde, of Macon, Mississippi; one stepdaughter, Janice Livingston Whitcomb; one son, Ronnie McArthur and wife, Rosemary, of Louisville, Mississippi; two stepsons, Lawrence Livingston and Robert “Bob” Livingston; two sisters, Kitty Chapell of Louisville, Mississippi and Katie Upchurch of Bailey, Mississippi; four brothers: Doyle Collins of Sturgis, Mississippi, Jerry Collins, Archie Collins of Weir, Mississippi, and Charles Collins of Longview, Mississippi; five grandchildren: Brandi Krajewski and husband, Alan, Chris Prisock, Brad McArthur and wife, Ashley, Kimberly Prisock and Ryan McArthur; five reat-grandchildren: Taylor Krajewski, Katie Krajewski, Lindsey Krajewski, Tyler McArthur and Hannah McArthur; 10 step grandchildren: Billy Jean Fulton, Lori Matzek, Debrough Reed, Angel King, Teddy Eaves, Ricky Eaves, Clay Livingston, and Michael Livingston, Shelly Livinston and Penny Young as well as a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Harvey C. McArthur and Freeman Livingston; two sisters, Margaret Collins and Mary Alice Kornegay; and two brothers, Donald and Josey Collins.Pallbearers will be Chris Prisock, Brad McArthur, Ryan McArthur, Larry Upchurch, Alan Krajewski and Mike Ward. Memorials may be made to Yellow Creek Baptist Church or to the American Cancer Society. Nowell-Massey Funeral Home, 724 North Columbus Avenue, Louisville, Mississippi, is handling the arrangements.
