Graveside services for Wilber Sullivan will be held Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 10 a.m. from Coye Assembly of God Cemetery with Rev. Ryan Farmer officiating. McClain-Hays is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Sullivan, 79, of Preston, died Sunday, August 9, 2020.
He was a native of Kemper and a longtime resident of Preston Community and was retired from U.S. Motors after 30 plus years. He loved to hunt, fish and watch the Atlanta Braves play ball and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Mr. Sullivan was a member of Coye Assembly of God Church in Kemper County.
Survived by his wife of 62 years, Imogene Sullivan of Preston; daughters, Dawn Hill of Louisville and Shelia Stovall (Randy) of Philadelphia; grandchildren, Amy Hill Pace (Kevin), Casey Hill (Cathy), Kelsey Hill, and Gregory Stovall (Brandi); great-grandchildren, Wyatt and Lucy Pace , Parker Hill and Smith Stovall; sisters, Jewell Tucker of Meridian and Ann Johnson (Roy) of Meridian; brothers, Royce Sullivan (Esterlene) and Paul D. Sullivan of Preston; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Mr. Sullivan was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Emma Sullivan; sisters, Eloise Dunn and Willie Lee Pratt; brother, James Sullivan.
