Tammy was born January 10, 1969, in Winston County to James Parker and Joyce Smith. She was a member of Crystal Ridge Baptist Church and was currently employed at Choctaw Glove Factory in Noxapater, Mississippi.
Tammy is survived by her son, Mark Staszefski and her mother, Joyce Smith both of Louisville; her father, James Parker of Arab, Alabama; and two brothers, Randy Parker and wife, Kimberly, of Winston Salem, North Carolina; and Mike Smith and wife, Joni, also of Louisville. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and friends. Tammy was preceded in death by her son, Daniel Staszefski.
