He also dearly loved his great-grandchildren: Dylan (Madisin) Barnette, Lakeyn Barnette, Drake Frasier, Grant Frasier, Landon Frasier, Londyn Frasier, Mason Woods, Mary Morgan Woods, Maggie Mae Woods, Miles Woods, and Ellie Lowery, and was looking forward to the arrival of another great-grandson; and his great-great-granddaughter, Annaleigh Kate Barnette, as well as a host of loving nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends. William was preceded in death by his wife of 70 years, Ernestine Frasier; son, Anthony Frasier; granddaughter, Amy Marie Frasier; son-in-law, Charles Ming; bonus grandson, Doug Ming; his parents; and his siblings: Katherine Odom, Sarah Lamb, Paul Frasier, and Juanita Lamb.
