Funeral services for Ms. Carol Jean Adcock will be held at 2 PM Saturday, May 4, 2024, at Bethlehem Pentecostal Church. Interment will be in the Bethlehem Pentecostal Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12 PM – 2 PM Saturday, May 4, 2024, at Bethlehem Pentecostal Church. John E. Stephens Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Adcock, 77, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at her home in Winston County. She lived most of her life in the Four Corners Community and was a member of Bethlehem Pentecostal Church. She enjoyed painting, knitting, and gardening.
Ms. Adcock is preceded in death by her parents, Julius Rosenwald Bennett and Helen Imogene Vowell Bennett.
She is survived by her daughters, Valerie Smith (Dale) of Hutto, TX, and Kelli Pope (Casey) of Philadelphia, MS; sister, Penny Hobson; brother, Andy Bennett both of McCool, MS; (6) grandchildren, Lacey Morris, Reagan Pope, Parker Pope, Gracie Pope, Landon Smith, Hannah Smith;(3) great- grandchildren, Ezra Jean Smith, Jackson Smith, Ida Rugely; (2) extra grandchildren, Taylor and Carter Adcock and several nieces and nephews.
