Christopher was born on January 27, 1980, in Lowndes County, Mississippi. He is survived by his daughter, Makyah Edmonson; his stepfather, Willard Head; his grandmother, Barbara Abrams Edmonson; and his brother, Dallas Stratton; as well as aunt and uncle, Dale and Bobbie McDill; aunt, Rhonda Edmonson; and numerous cousins, family members and friends. Christopher was preceded in death by his mother, Shelia Edmonson Head; his grandfather, William C. Edmonson; and uncle, Randy Edmonson.
Christopher attended Vernon Community Church and Macedonia Baptist Church.Christopher enjoyed shooting pool, playing cards and spending time with family and friends. He especially enjoyed family get-togethers at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Christopher carried the trait of many of his family members—that of never giving in to challenges.
