Verlen "Ken" Hill, 79, passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at Oktibbeha County Hospital, in Starkville, MS. He was born March 6, 1943, in Oxford, OH, to Carl and Louise Hill. Mr. Hill was a retired carpenter. His retirement years were spent doing the two things he enjoyed most…..spoiling his two grandchildren and playing the music he loved at the Longview Opry.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.Mr. Hill is survived by 1 son, Kenny (Tabitha) Hill of Sturgis, MS; and 2 grandchildren, Connor and Kenzie Hill of Sturgis, MS.
Mr. Hill was preceded in death by both of his parents.
