Carol K. Cannon, 86, passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at Choctaw County Nursing Center, in Ackerman, MS. She was born April 22, 1936, in Swickley, PA, to Maynard and Mary Elizabeth (Derstine) Harrington. Mrs. Cannon was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse. She was a member of French Camp Presbyterian Church.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2023, 3:00 p.m., at French Camp Presbyterian Church in French Camp, MS, with Rev. Alex Coblentz officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. till service time at 3:00 at the church. Coleman Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
Mrs. Cannon is survived by 2 daughters, Christina Beutin of Phoenix, AZ, and Kimberly Cannon of Kosciusko, MS; 3 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Cannon; her parents; 1 son, Kevin Cannon; and 1 sister, Elizabeth Hosket.
