Jessie Mae Watts, 77, passed away on Friday, November 25, 2022, at the Choctaw Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Ackerman, Mississippi. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, November 28 in the Nowell-Massey Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Heath Hillman officiating. Visitation will be the day of the service from 10 a.m. until service time at Nowell-Massey Funeral Home in Louisville, Mississippi. Interment will immediately follow the service in Louisville Memorial Cemetery in Louisville.
Jessie Mae was born January 14, 1945, to Luther and Lura Seward Ward. She enjoyed working in her yard and solving word puzzles. She loved the Lord and enjoyed reading her Bible.
Jessie Mae is survived by her husband, David Johnson; and her sister Gladys Kirk both of Louisville. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Linda Bateman.
