Services for Ms. Joann Thompson Burnham will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at McClain- Hays Chapel. Interment will be held in the Coy Cemetery. Rev. Brian McDonald will officiate.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am till service time on Tuesday at McClain-Hays Funeral Service.
Ms. Joann Thompson Burnham, 83, of Union died on Saturday, September 10, 2022.
Ms. Joann was a native of Kemper County and lived in Neshoba County most of her life. She enjoyed working in her yard and quilting. She loved spending time with her family , especially her grandkids.
She is survived by daughters, Annette Bell of Winston, Lisa Guidry of Winston, Denise Saylor (Billy) of Morgan City, LA; sons, Mark Thompson (Bonnie) of House, Duck Thompson (Tavia) of Winston, Randall Thompson of Winston; step-daughter, Kitty Stewart (Johnny) of Neshoba; 15 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Terry McDonald (Beth) of Winston.
She is preceded in death by her husbands, Hansel Thompson, Marvin Burnham and Gene Burnham; parents, champ and Ruby McDonald; brothers, Yates McDonald, Delane McDonald; sister, Mary Elizabeth Rigdon.
