Graveside memorial service for Mr. Ted Ellis will be held at 2 PM Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Salem Cemetery with Rev. John E. Stephens officiating. There will be no visitation. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Service in charge.
Mr. Ellis, 72, passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at his residence in Neshoba County, where he lived most of his life. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and crane operator in the oilfield. He was a Christian, Mason and member of V.F.W. His hobbies include his grandchildren, hunting, fishing and camping.
Mr. Ellis was preceded in death by his parents, Junior and Bonnie Ruth Fox Ellis; Son, Jason Glyn Ellis; Brother, Carl Ellis.
Survivors: Wife of 35 years, Joyce Ellis of Philadelphia; Son, Chris Ellis (Julia) of Flowood; Sisters, Donna Pierce of Noxapater and Debbie Cole (Jeff) of Morten, IL; Brother, Doug Ellis of Philadelphia; (2) Grandchildren, Eleanora and Caroline; Several nieces and nephews.
