Funeral services for Mr. Audley Ivan Reynolds Jr. will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Noxapater, MS with Rev. Tommy Jones, Rev. Shelly Peoples and Rev. Charles Rook officiating. Interment in Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-7 PM Friday, November 5, 2021 at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Noxapater. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Reynolds, 88, passed away Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at his residence in Winston County where he lived most of his life. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and retired from Georgia Pacific. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, gardening and sports. He was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church where he served as a longtime deacon.
Preceded in death: Parents, Audley Ivan Reynolds Sr. and Gladys Oda Parker Reynolds; Sister, Rebekah Reynolds; Brothers, W.J., Grady, Alton and Emmitt Reynolds.
Survivors are his wife, Shirley June Reynolds of Noxapater; Daughters, Beverly Terry (Jeff) of Noxapater, Linda Jo Peoples (Bro. Shelly) of Standing Pine and J.J. Ball (Will) of Noxapater; Son, Ricky Gene Reynolds (Cecelia Kay) of Louisville; Sister, Margaret Holton of Meridian; (7) Grandchildren; Host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers: Clay Reynolds, Phillip Brock, Josh Peoples, Stewart Ball, Wyatt Ball and Roper Ball. Honorary pallbearer will be Hannah Peoples.
