Aubury Therrell Higgins

Aubury Therrel Higgins passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021, at his residence in Weir, MS.  Therrel was born June 17, 1945, in Weir, MS, to Horace and Odie Mae(Wills) Higgins. He was 76 years old and a member of New Zion Baptist Church near Weir, MS. Therrel's occupation was farming and truck driving.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, 11:00 a.m., at Mt. Airy cemetery near Ackerman, MS, with Rev. John Staszefski and Rev. Terry Wills officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 22, 2021 from 9:30 a.m. till 10:30 a.m. at Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman, MS.

Therrel is survived by 1 brother, Thomas(Lessame) Higgins of Weir, MS; neice and nephew, Jimmie and Malinda Tidwell of Weir, MS.

Therrel was preceded in death by his wife, Mary(Oswalt) Higgins, and his parents.
