Barbara Phylis Carter, 69, of Noxapater, MS., passed on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at the Neshoba County Nursing Home, Philadelphia, MS. Graveside Service will be Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at 11 a.m., from Mount Pleasant#2 Church Cemetery, Noxapater, MS. Visitation will be Tuesday, from 4 until 6 p.m., from the Funeral Home.
Barbara, was born to the parents of George Washington Carter and Vattie Young, on August 27, 1951, in Winston County Mississippi. She was preceded in death by her parents, Siblings, Joyce, Jerlene Leon and Alline.
She is survived by her children: Eugene Carter, Philadelphia, MS., and Barrett Carter, (Luvettius of Noxapater, MS.;Siblings, Boe Carter, Verdie), Jeffery Carter, Willie Jean Carter, Lorean Graham,(Phillip), Nancy Mae Carter and Lena Mae Goss,(Sight),; 9 Grands, 13 Great Grands, Nieces, Nephews and other relatives and friends.
