Ouida A.(Richardson) Loper, 81, passed away Saturday, February 27, 2021, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. She was born July 22, 1939, in Frankville, AL, to Simon W. and Lottie M.(Anderson) Richardson.
She was a retired Hospital Administrator for Choctaw County Hospital and Choctaw County Nursing Home.
Services will be held on Tuesday, March 2, 2021, at 11AM, at Ackerman Baptist Church with Rev. Danny Irvin officiating. Burial will follow at Enon Cemetery in Ackerman, MS. Coleman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Ouida is survived by 1 daughter, Carolyn Lindley of Ackerman, MS; 2 sons, Randy(Marina) Loper of Ackerman, and Joey Loper also of Ackerman, MS; 3 sisters, Lois(Shelton) Oats of Millry, AL, Lorene Morgan of Millry, AL, and Gayle(Mike) Hill of Demopolis, AL; 5 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren with 2 expected later this year.
Ouida is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Loper, and her parents.
Memorials may be made to the Ackerman Baptist Church Children's Fund.
