Mr. Billy Joe “Bill” Webb, Sr., 78, passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2020, at his home in Louisville. A graveside service and interment will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 28th, at Memorial Park Cemetery. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Webb was born in Winston County on June 26, 1942. He was a graduate of Noxapater High School, and was a self-employed electrician.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Vida Edwards Webb; a sister, Walterine Tucker; and four brothers, John Presley Webb, Major Webb, James Bryan Webb, and Jerry Webb.
He is survived by his wife, Charlene Horton Webb of Louisville; daughters, Melinda (Lamar) Dempsey, Trena (Danny) White, and Amanda (John) Miller, all of Louisville; a son, Billy Joe (Judy) Webb, Jr. of Louisville; step-daughters, Teresa Richardson of Louisville, and Crystal (Craig) Arnault of McCool, MS; step-sons, Gwen Pearson of Louisville, and Carlos Pope of Kosciusko, MS; sisters, Janice Carter, Ruth (Don) Kitzelman, Charlotte (Larry) McCullough, and Libby Farish; 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
