Charles Edward Jones passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2020, with family in Mathiston, MS. He was born on May 29, 1959, in Starkville, MS, to Franklin R. and Mary Lou(McGinnis) Jones. He was 61 years old. Mr. Jones was a dry wall finisher.
Private graveside services will be held on Friday, July 10, 2020, 10:00 a.m., at McClelland Cemetery near Sturgis, MS.
Mr. Jones is survived by 4 sons, Clint Jones of Sturgis, MS, Parker Jones of Ackerman, MS, Jeremy(Amanda) Smith of Maben, MS, Matthew(Haley) Smith of Sturgis, MS, 4 brothers, Leon(Vicky) Jones of Sturgis, MS, Dennis(Paula) Jones of Starkville, MS, Skebo(Paula) Jones of Sturgis, MS, Troy(Anita) Jones of Sturgis, MS, 4 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda, his parents, and 1 nephew, Brad Jones.
