Maddox J. Reeves

Maddox Jaylin Reeves, age 11, went home to be with her Lord, Thursday, Feb. 13, 2020 at Children's Hospital, UMC, Jackson, Ms.

Maddox was born Dec. 16, 2008 in Starkville, Ms. to Hannah Shumaker Raney. She accepted Christ as Savior on July 29, 2018 and was a member of Chester Baptist Church where she enjoyed all activities including children's Bible drills in which she was very competitive. She loved God and taking sermon notes, leading in Sunday School classes and praying for others. She loved to sing, listen to music and make videos. She loved animals and being outdoors. She was the middle child having two other sisters of which she was often the peacekeeper of the house. Maddox touched the lives of everyone she met with her beautiful smile and love. Even in her passing she gave life to others by being a multi-organ donor. She will be greatly missed by all of those who knew her.
