Chad was the owner of Goodin Custom Construction and an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a member of Coye Assembly of God.
Left to mourn his passing are his wife, Jackie Goodin of Louisville, his mother Judy Goodin of Louisville, his children Austin, Justin, and Kalee Goodin of Ackerman, DeAnna Swearingen of Tupelo, Allyson (Sam) Mussa of Tupelo, and Caleb (Jenny) Swearingen of West, his grandmother, Ruby Rogers of Louisville, his brother Brad Goodin of Louisville, his sister Kimberly (Daniel) Robertson of Louisville his grandchildren Chandlor Swearingen, Ashton Smith, Jaclyn Presley, Kaleigh Swearingen, Amera Musa, Mia Musa, and Piper Smith and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father and best friend, Bruce Goodin.
The family would like to extend a thank you to JoAnn Rounsaville and the staff of Quality Hospice for the care they provided to Chad. Thank you to Pastor Michael Wells, the nursing staff, and especially his primary nurse, Carol Marie.
Pallbearers will be Mike Robertson, Tim Hobby, Chandler Robertson, Camden Robertson, Shane Mottl, Curtis Quinn, Chris Herring and John Dempsey. Honorary pallbearers will be Tommy McKinley, Sandy Harris, Garry Hughes, Bobby Moody and Todd McKee.
