Jerry Wayne Weeks passed away Monday, May 27, 2019, at Choctaw County Nursing Home in Ackerman, MS. He was 74 years old. He was born August 5, 1944, in Ackerman, Mississippi, to Elmer and Bertha Mae (Fulce) Weeks. Mr. Weeks was a retired logger.
Services will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2019, 11:00 a.m., at Salem Independent Methodist Church near Ackerman, MS, with Rev. Justin Gates officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 28, 2019, from 5:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m., at Coleman Funeral Home, and 10:00 a.m. till service time, Wednesday, May 28, 2019, at Salem Independent Methodist Church.
Mr. Weeks is survived by his daughter, Gina Bishop(Bill) of Ackerman, MS, 3 brothers, Glyndale Weeks, Douglas Weeks, Dennis Weeks, all of Ackerman, MS, 1 sister, Frances Odom of Ackerman, MS, and 1 grandson, Brett Bishop of Ackerman, MS.
Mr. Weeks was preceded in death by his parents, and 1 sister, Jo Ann Mann.
