Minnie was born December 19, 1950, to P. E. and Stella Mae Stanley. She attended East Louisville Baptist Church and was a Machine Operator for many years at Polo Custom Products.
Ms. Reid is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Diane Humphries and husband, Kevin; her sons, Chris White and wife, Robyn; and Patrick Reid and friend, Tatum; her sister, Flo Parker; and her brothers, Archie Stanley and wife, Sandra; Bobby Stanley and wife, Edna; Jerry Stanley and wife, Frances; Bill Stanley, and Clyde Stanley and wife, Virginia, all of Louisville. One of her greatest joys was being “MawMaw” to her nine grandchildren: Amber Humphries, Zach White, Kaylee White, Lucien Melancon, Will Reid, Tyler Langford, Ryder Langford, Cooper King, Azlynn Reid; and her great-granddaughter, Alexandria Hodges. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Geneva Stevenson; and her brother, Larry Stanley.
Serving as pallbearers are Tyler Hodges, Jeremy Howard, Kevin Humphries, Corey Long, Jeff Stanley, Michael Stanley, Presley Stanley, Zachary White. Honorary pallbearers are Jody Garrard and Drew Jones. Memorials may be given to Nowell-Massey Funeral Home to help defray the cost of funeral expenses.
