Mr. Daniel Brian Hankins, 55, passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2018, in Scottsdale, AZ. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Sunday, June 17th at Porter Funeral Home, with Rev. Bryan Wilson officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 3:00 P.M. until service time. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Hankins was born May 29, 1963, in New Orleans, LA. He grew up in Metairie, LA, and was a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, Mass. He moved to Scottsdale in 2004, and worked as a systems analyst for Unicom Company. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Coleman Hankins, and a sister, Deborah Ann Vegh.
He is survived by his father, Wimbly J. Hankins of Brandon, MS; nieces, Erica Brooks and Kristin Vegh; and a great nephew, Keegan Brooks; and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Joel Price, Kevin Price, Bob Persons, Brad Addkison, Frank Yekaitus, and Larry Pearson
