Virginia Ann Fulton
Virginia Ann Fulton, 79, of Crossett, passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2017, at the Hospice Home Care Center in Little Rock. She was born on May 5, 1938, to her parents, Aubrey and Mary Pierce. Along with her four siblings, she was raised on the family farm in Lexington, MS until she met and married a shy Methodist preacher by the name of Rev. Paul Fulton in 1958.

Mrs. Brown, of Philadelphia, 85, died Friday, December 22, 2017 at Neshoba County General Hospital.
She was a native and longtime resident of Neshoba County residing in the Spring Creek community. She was a retired inspector from U.S. Motors in Philadelphia. Mrs. Brown was a member of Spring Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Billy Brown of Philadelphia; daughters, Patsy Johnston of Lake and Polly Roberts of Memphis, TN.; grandchildren, Tina Bullock of Madison, Chris Stevenson of Louisville, Keith Stevenson of Tyler TX and Joshua Callahan of Trumann, AR; great-grandchildren, Alan Bracken, Ryan Bracken, A. J. Bullock, Emma Mae Bullock, Rivers Stevenson, Sadie Stevenson, Sydney Callahan, Peyton Callahan and numerous nieces, nephews and their families.

Ms. Holly Marye Pitt, 49, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, December 17, 2017, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 19, 2017, at Nowell Massey Funeral Home in Louisville, Mississippi from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, December 20, 2017, at First Apostolic Church in Louisville with visitation beginning at 1 p.m. until service time with Rev. Glynn Barker officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Holly was born April 4, 1968, to Walter William Pitt, Jr. and Calista W. Nesbit Pitt. She was a member of First Apostolic Church. Holly worked at the Pearl River Resort in Choctaw, Mississippi, as a Slot Attendant. She enjoyed shopping and loved her cats. She was an avid fan of Mississippi State Bulldogs and Alabama Crimson Tide sports.
Holly is survived by her daughter, Calista M. Pitt, of Louisville. She also leaves behind her mother, Calista W. Pitt; her father, Walter William Pitt, Jr.; her sister, Chelly Phillips and husband, James; two brothers, William N. Pitt, Sr., and Christopher Pitt, all of Louisville. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Floyd and Emma Katherine Nesbit; and her paternal grandparents, Walter W. and Emma Iona Pitt Sr.

Joan McIntire Smith, 87, was born in Chester, Mississippi on January 29, 1930, and departed for her heavenly home from Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo on December 10, 2017. She was the beloved wife of the late Casey Marion Smith, Sr. for 64 years. Sara Bouchillon Roberts
Mrs. Sara Bouchillon Roberts, 85, passed away at the Winston County Medical Center on Friday,
November 8, 2017. She was born on October 11, 1932, to parents Cecil Clifton Bouchillon and Sara Estes Bouchillon in Louisville. She graduated from Louisville High School. After graduation, she moved to Detroit Michigan, with her parents, who had moved there to find work. But, within about a year, she moved back south and married Roy Lamar Roberts, who at the time of her death, was her husband of almost 66 years. Their life together began at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, with many moves over the next several years to Army bases around the south. In January 1953, their service for the military ended and they moved back to Louisville, to make it their permanent home. Sara began her work career at Citizens Bank in the bookkeeping department, but later in life moved to work at the Winston Medical Center, working until her two sons finished college.
She was preceded in death by her mother, father and brother, Cecil Bouchillon (Dora) and sister, Peggy Stubbs (Bobby).
She is survived by her husband, Roy, sons Ronny Roberts (Sissie), and Steve Roberts, four grandchildren, Jess Clifton Roberts (Misty), Kate Roberts Magley (Greg), Wyatt Steven Roberts (Jordan), Payson Jones Roberts, and four great-grandchildren, Jackson David Roberts, Grant Matthew Roberts, Mae Patridge Magley and Lela Todd Magley. Sara was a dedicated loving wife, mother grandmother and friend to all who knew her.
Visitation will be at Porter Funeral home in Louisville, on Tuesday, December 12, 2017, beginning at 9:00 a.m., with services to follow at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Mike Childs and Rev. Jonathan Peeples officiating. Burial will take place immediately following the service at Poplar Flat Baptist Church.
Pallbearers will be Jess Roberts, Payson Roberts, Greg Magley, Bobby Stubbs, Adam Byrd, and Kent Gravitt.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Poplar Flat Cemetery Fund.
She was preceded in death by her mother, father and brother, Cecil Bouchillon (Dora) and sister, Peggy Stubbs (Bobby).

Mrs. Dorothy H. Gutierrez, 92, entered into rest on Friday, December 1, 2017, at Winston Medical Center Nursing Home. Visitation will be held at Nowell Massey Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 5th from 5 pm - 7 pm. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, December 6th at Nowell Massey Funeral Home Chapel in Louisville, Mississippi, with Rev. Michael Wells presiding. Dorothy was born on January 12, 1925, the eldest of 8 children to Robert and Annie Beth Hisaw. She married Joe Valdez Gutierrez on July 22, 1960 in San Antonio, Texas. There she had a career as a bookkeeper, and raised their son, Brent Joseph Gutierrez. Later, she returned to her childhood home of Louisville, where she was active in her church, Ellison Ridge Baptist, and was a well-loved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt.
Dorothy is survived by her husband of 57 years, Joe V. Gutierrez, her son and daughter-in-law, Brent and Annette Gutierrez, her grandchildren Ashley Gutierrez Siler (Dustin) and Justin Gutierrez (Sarah), and her great-grandson, Henry Joseph Gutierrez. She is also survived by three sisters, Joy Hisaw Ming, Bertie Jo Hisaw, and Gayle Hisaw Persons, and sisters-in-law Carolyn Hisaw and Susan Hisaw Moore. A whole host of beloved nieces and nephews mourn their loss.
Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Edwin and Annie Beth Fuller Hisaw, and by her siblings and siblings-in-law Robert Berlin Hisaw, Virginia Hisaw, Embree Hisaw, Willie Pearl Hisaw, Van Dorn Ming, Fannie Hisaw, Marion Hisaw, and Benny Persons.

Cleta Sharp Ortloff
Cleta Sharp Ortloff came into this world on January 12, 1918, and passed away at 99 years of age on November 25th, 2017. She was one of eleven brothers and sisters who were the children of Cleveland and Zora Sharp, two of whom were infants who went to Heaven before the age of two years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cleveland and Zora Sharp, her husband John E. Ortloff, her sisters Lucille, Mozelle, Maurine and Gwen along with brothers Byron, J. T. and Jones. She was also preceded by an infant daughter, Elizabeth Gayle. She is survived by her sister, Geraline Auerbach of Denver, CO, as well as two children, Donald John Ortloff of Point Blank, TX, and Joan Rochelle Ortloff Steinhoff of Dallas, TX. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Eric Steinhoff, Erin Faflik, and Carrie Blankenship, as well as three precious great-grandchildren, Levi, Connor, and two-week-old Blake.
