Ms. Bobbie Moore, 76 passed away on Thursday, August 24, 2017, at Oxford Health & Rehab in Oxford, Mississippi. A private memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September1, 2017, in the Nowell Massey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Childs officiating. Visitation will be the day of the service from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Nowell Massey Funeral Home in Louisville, Mississippi. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Ms. Moore was born October 4, 1940 to D. B. & Hazel Hailey Williamson, Sr. She is a member of First United Methodist Church of Louisville. She was a retired Secretary at the Mississippi University for Women in Columbus, Mississippi.
Ms. Moore is survived by her son; Keith Moore and wife, Renee Case, of Oxford, Mississippi; and her two sisters: Janice Williamson Reed, and husband, Raymond, of Louisville and Trecia Gail Jenkins of Virginia. One of her greatest joys was being “Nana” to her grandson; Wesley Moore. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister; Daisy Annette Moore, her brothers: William Clement Williamson, D. B. Williamson, Jr., her son; James William Moore, and her baby daughter.
