Paul was born October 8, 1951, in Attala County, Mississippi, to Luscious and Lois Miles Chunn. He was of the apostolic faith; and he worked in the Maintenance Department on an off-shore rig.
Paul is survived by his wife, Barbara Chunn; and two daughters, Michelle Tanksley and Shannon Broussard all of Louisville. One of his greatest joys was spending time with his five grandchildren: Skyler Moore, Tyler Tanksley, Alexis Tanksley, Brandon Broussard, and Trenton Broussard; and with his five great-grandchildren. He is also survived by three sisters: Jewel Watkins of Columbus, Mississippi; Shirley Jones of Philadelphia, Mississippi; and Janice Green also of Columbus; and by two brothers, Charles Chunn and Jerry Chunn both of Columbus. Paul was preceded in death by his parents.
