Frances Lee Cotton, 77, passed on Sunday, April 16, 2017, at her home in Preston, Mississippi. Funeral Service will be Saturday, April 22, 2017, at 11 a.m., from Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, Louisville, Mississippi. Visitation will be Friday, from 12 noon until 5 p.m., and a wake service will be from 6 until 7 p. m. Burial will be in the Memorial Garden Cemetery, Louisville, Mississippi.
