Mrs. Odean Jones

Funeral services for Mrs. Odean Jones will be held at 10 AM Saturday, October 4, 2014 from Noxapater Baptist Church with Rev. John Stephens officiating.The body will lie in state one hour prior to service at the church. Interment will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Noxapater. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Jones, 88, passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at her residence in Noxapater, where she has lived since 1996. She worked for Roger's Florist & Burnley Shirt Factory in Meridian for 15 years. She was a member of the Eastern Star and Noxapater Baptist Church. 

Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her parents, Miller Moore & Bertha Snow Moore; sisters, Nellie B. Joiner, Earsel Baskin & Audie Jones; brothers, Earl Moore & B.F. Moore.
Survivors are her husband of 70 ½ years, L. V. Jones of Noxapater, MS; host of nieces & nephews.
Pallbearers are Dwight Moore, Alvis Joiner, Bo Joiner, Donald Ray Parker, Bennie Mac Joiner & James Allen Jones.
