Willie Carter, 92, passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2014, at her home in Louisville, Mississippi. Funeral Service will be Thursday, March 27, 2014, at 1 p.m., from Mount Olive Church of God In Christ, Louisville, Mississippi. Visitation will be Wednesday, from 12 noon until 6 p.m., from the Funeral Home. Mrs. Carter will be reposed in the church on Thursday, one hour before service time.
