Mrs. Cade was an active member of Noxapater United Methodist Church for more than 50 years. She taught Adult Sunday School, sang in the Church Choir and worked with the ladies of the church on all sorts of projects. During her retirement you could always find her working in her yard or garden always growing enough food to feed all of Noxapater. She also loved to go fishing and enjoyed her nieces and nephews taking her to a favorite "fishing hole".
