Mr. Berry Jackson “Jack” Ivy, 72, died Saturday, June 4, 2011, at his residence in Louisville. Graveside services will be held at 9:30 A.M. Wednesday, June 8th, at Liberty Universalist Cemetery, with Rev. Neil Chadwick officiating. Interment will be in Liberty Universalist Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at Porter Funeral Home.
Mr. Ivy was born February 6, 1939, in the U. S. Virgin Islands. He was a retired supervisor from Taylor Machine Works in Louisville, and Mason Chamberlain on the Gulf Coast. He was an Air Force veteran. He is survived by two sons, Jimmy Ivy of Louisville, and Bob Ivy of Nashville, TN; and one brother, Mike Ivy of Kathleen, GA.
