Lewis Steadman (September 23, 1929 - February 11, 2011)
Mr. Lewis Edward “Bubba” Steadman, 81, died Friday, February 11, 2011, at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 P.M. Sunday, February 13th, at Porter Funeral Home, with Dr. Brett Golson and Dr. Doug Herring officiating. Visitation will be from 2:30 until service time Sunday. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Steadman was born September 23, 1929, in Greenville, MS. He was the owner of Steadman Construction, and a member of First Baptist Church of Louisville He is survived by his wife, Mary Steadman of Louisville; three sons, Ray Terney, Clark Terney, and Frankie (Debby) Terney, all of Louisville; two daughters, Joann (Jack) Hathcock of Little Rock, AR, and Sally Basco of Farmersville, GA; a sister, Florence Jean Harrison of Blytheville, AR; five grandchildren, Clark S. Terney, Scott Luke, David Luke, Jason Terney, and Beth Terney; and 10 great grandchildren.
