Mrs. Ada Lee Moody, 82, passed away at Winston Health Care Nursing Home on Tuesday, January 4, 2011, in Louisville, Mississippi. Visitation will be at Nowell-Massey Funeral Home in Louisville, Mississippi, on Saturday, January 8, 2011, from 10:00 a.m. until 12 noon. Funeral services will be at 12 noon on Saturday, January 8, 2011, at Nowell-Massey Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Hill officiating. Mrs. Moody was born March 17, 1928, to Andy and Bessie Kitchens Breedlove. She was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church, the V. F. W. Auxiliary, and she was a department manager with Wal-Mart for 16 years.
Mrs. Moody is survived by two sisters, Ruby Green and husband, Glentis, and Lucille Edwards and husband, Billy, all of Louisville, Mississippi; one brother, Rudolph Breedlove of Starkville, Mississippi; one sister-in-law, Annie Jean Graham and husband, Malcolm, of Texas; one brother-in-law, Dan Moody and wife, Shirley, of Georgia; special family, Ricky and Rita Calloway, Heather Calloway Smith, and Hope Calloway Turnage all of Pearl, Mississippi; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Prentiss Moody; her parents, Andy and Bessie Kitchens Breedlove; and one brother, David Breedlove.
Memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House. Nowell-Massey Funeral Home, 724 North Columbus Avenue, Louisville, MS is handling the arrangements.
