Mr. Kelley Payton Mills, 18, died Sunday, September 26, 2010, in Louisville, MS. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 28th, at Porter Funeral Home, with Rev. Mike Dowd officiating. Interment will be in Center Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Monday at Porter Funeral Home. Kelley was born November 4, 1991, in Louisville, MS. He was a 2010 graduate of Winston Academy, and was currently an employee of Polo Custom Products. He was preceded in death by his father, Kevin Mills, and his grandfather, M. L. Mills. He is survived by his mother, Lori Kelley Mills of Louisville; a brother, Taylor Mills of Louisville; his paternal grandmother, Bobbye Mills of Louisville; and his maternal grandparents, Betty and L. D. Kelley of Noxapater.
